The features of administrative regulation of agricultural land in the Russian Federation discusses in the article. There are identified and described the main features of the administrative barrier, the main legal and investment risks of land owners arising in these circumstances. Additionally are analyzed the main scenarios for the owner’s defense from administrative pressure.
